Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. We retain the right to display client work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Quotes, Proposals, and Payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise noted. Projects begin upon signed proposal and deposit. Payment terms are net-30 unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are defined per project in the statement of work. Generally, work already completed is non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

7. Disclaimers
